Weapons and knives without a token

If I use a LAN server and I don't have any tokens created here:

https://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers

Is it possible to get the token ban for using weapons and knives? yes I know that means only I can play there but is it?

Remove token from cfg
No token-no ban, still can connect from lan
