TF2 Server Keeps Crashing

Hello, I need some help regarding my TF2 2Fort server. It continuously crashes with this error.

1444/ - tf_wearable: UTIL_SetModel: not precached: models/player/items/engineer/engineer_pocketcat.mdl?
1745763 85883.976381 Warning: Table DynamicModels is full, can't add models/player/items/engineer/engineer_pocketcat.mdl

I do not know how to fix this... it is rather upsetting.

If you need to see my plugin list I will gladly provide it in this thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried disabling all Sourcemod plugins except for stock ones to see if it still crashes?
