Jump Menu 2.0, by v3x

Description:
This plugins allows any player to access a menu that will allow them to choose between 4 jump types: multijump, bunnyhop, wall jump, and regular (none). The default jump type is multijump. I originally made this for personal use because I wanted a way for all of them to work together.

Cvars:
amx_maxjumps <#>
- Number of extra jumps with multijump. Default: 2
walljump_strength <#>
- How much strength it pushes you upwards. Default: 300.0
walljump_num <#>
- How many wall jumps you can do without touching ground. Default: 3
walljump_team <#>
- Choose which team can use the walljump. 0 = both. Default: 0

Client commands:
say /jumpmenu
- Opens jump menu
jumpmenu
- Opens jump menu

Required modules:
- Engine

To do:
- Add UT doublesteps

This plugin requires AMXX 1.70+ because of the new menu system!
