[CSGO] Trigger_push Fix

Removes the lag you see when entering and leaving a trigger_push.

Amazing plugin, but if you make it with the new syntax at least make it all with the new syntax because it's cool ;p and remove OnPlayerRunCmd since it's obviously unused

No, but mine will actually do the same thing that plugin does and remove the lag

Mine removes the lag when entering and leaving trigger_push zones, it accounts for filters, and still allows players to jump inside the triggers.
