Boomer Rain

What is the idea?
Simple idea: spawns a rain of boomers above you.

Commands (admin only)?
sm_boomer_rain [count] | Will start a boomer rain above you.
sm_boomer_rain_at <x> <y> <z> [count] | Will start a boomer rain at the position.

Cvars?
sm_boomer_rain_explosive | Should the survivors get biled and stumbled?
sm_boomer_rain_version | Boomer Rain Version

Btw you better watch out using this, I got epic lag when I spawned like 20 boomers :D

I use sm_boomer_rain 20.

boomer sometime stuck in sky.cant Down.

i get command not found, do i need to do something else besides copy the file over?
