I need some info about running HLDS on Cloud Server
So i'm thinking to go back to a cloud server since my current host is way to expensive
Are more cores useful for more CS 1.6 servers? i can afford a 6GB with 2 cores and 100GB of HDD/SSD with 100mbps up and down Are more cores worth it instead of more ram? If the cores are more useful i can afford a 5GB with 4 cores and 100GB of HDD/SSD |
Re: I need some info about running HLDS on Cloud Server
HLDS runs only at single core. ReHLDS may work with 2+ cores. So RAM is more valuable here.

You can run many servers easily with the cloud you can handle. HLDS is not so demanding, plus it's quite old afterall.

Cloud server in south america is complicated, as i see youre from Argentina, youll need to get one with DDoS protection, even then its not so great, even there are lot of people using the network, and sharing resources, youll see lags
