Add impulse 101 to admin menu custom?

Can anyone help me with how to call impulse 101 in admin script in DEDICATED SERVER? I want to activate it in game **SERVER SIDE** Can it be done?

I didnt read the rules :*) Sorry It was just taking forever to get an answer and Im running out of time before my week will be so busy I cant work on my server
