You can get errors from this: Purchase sound not exist

"sound_sell" "xxx" from the zip or only "" to close it correctly.

I didnt test it with the development branch. So only 1.5.x
A server is running it succesful without errors.

Recommend you to do clean install with sqlite and your sourcemod version.
Use the files from this topic and check again.
