Suggest new plugin, check client files at fly.
Possibly to check client files without precache multiple files, by sending directly svc_resourcelist message at fly (in play time) with single resource id , someone can make it?)

client works without any problems with svc_resourcelist message in any time

Why would you need to do this? What are you trying to achieve? Depending on why you're asking this, there may be some other ways to achieve what you want.

I don't think that clients can load files dynamically anyways so I'm not sure how this would be beneficial.
