Zephyrus store issues

Hello, so on my TF2 server, I have a couple things not working, like pets, laser sights and jetpack, am I missing something?

Lol this particular place is not for Zephyrus Store. It is for sm store, which was Zeph's predecessor, and is entirely different. Visit Zeph's store thread for support.
