Translating Errors

[CS:GO]
Any idea why I have this Errors?
The plugins are no more on the server,but the errors are still coming
edit: Could be because of an Automated Download & Precache Resources plugin that downloaded these files?

Ensure that you have correctly installed all of the translations in the appropriate place

I deleted those translation files because I deleted the plugins that lead to these translation files,and now those errors are coming

You should ensure the plugins were deleted, because these errors come from plugins trying to open translations that don’t exist

I am very sure that those plugins doesn't exist,but the errors do exist
