Looking for a specific plugin

I am looking for the CS:GO (source) plugin that allows you to have different voice chats in different rooms. For example, when I walk through a certain doorway in a CS:GO map, the voice chat is changed to a different area of people. If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
