[TF2] VIP System

[TF2] VIP System:
An advanced VIP management system I made for Play-IL's TF2 community.
I understood that it can help many owners so I decided to post it here in case anyone needs it.

The main system allows you to add and manage VIP players, it also allows you to code your own plugins in order to add perks.
I added multiple perks that I made in the github under the VIP_Perks folder (source code included).
