[TF2]Server how do i make a custom particles from server side?
 

I want to make a custom toon explosions on my server

I have the plugin that downloads my server custom stuff to clients heres this plugin download_simple properties

custom/toon_muzzle_flashes_allv1.2.vpk
custom/toon_explosions_v1.1.vpk
custom/toon_payload_explosions_dir.vpk

But there is a problem clients download this but it doesnt shows how do i fix this?
