Create plugin model

Hello Guys
I need help for this plugin model menu with ammo pack :)
1: "name model" [100 ammo]
2- "name model" [200 ammo]
3- "name model" [300 ammo]
4- "name model" [400 ammo]
.........
.....
20- "name model" [.... Ammo]

But whene i buy model ==> can use it all time - all days
(Save model)
