All Player Activity 100%

All players are showing 100% activity, even those who haven't connected in a while. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing? Running Xampp - Apache/2.4.46 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1g PHP/7.4.16.
Server and stats are on same machine. HLstatsX Community Edition 1.7.0.

Perhaps the issue may be related to caching data on the statistics server. Try clearing the cache to update player data. To do this, go to the "Clear Cache" page in the HLstatsX administrative panel and click the "Clear Cache" button. Then, try refreshing the statistics page and check if the player data has changed.
