How can one become an Approver if only BAILOPAN (which surely wouldn't vouch for anyone) and Emp' are active ?

Any active approver, moderator, or administrator can vouch for new approvers.

Ah, so only You, Bailopan, Alka, Bugsy, HamletEagle, Emp', psychonic, Arkshine, Hornet. Because the rest are dead xd

Btw did Yami's Moderator access get removed this week or I'm wrong ? I check like every day the Groups and his name was Blue a few days ago.

We periodically remove special privileges from inactive accounts.

If you tell a spammer to stop spamming, is your post considered as spam or as a good Moderator habit ? What are the requirements of becoming a Moderator ?

No, it's useless and noisy - and if not a moderator it is "backseat moderating", which is frowned upon just about everywhere. The report button exists for a reason.

Been around for a while, no history of rule-breaking, consistently good post reports, not confrontational, good communicator, sane.

Oh thanks for your estimation, I'm actually approving plugins on the spanish version of this forum but my time is limited to just answer questions, I'm more than busy, I would not have time
