20000 fps on your server with this
 

Have you heard about MM-timer metamod plugin. which set more than 1000fps on server. U set sys_ticrate 99999 and mm_insane 1/2 and got maximum possible fps.( and huge CPU usage)
this for testing only

On my server it gives me up to 25000 fps...crazy uhhh
standart mm_insane 0 gives you 1024 fps.even on windows xp.

Yeah, I have 1000+ FPS in Windows XP, but it really has a high CPU usage.
