Server lag optimization
 
Hello, i havent seen yet a topic where people explain whats the best for servers optimization, like sv_ scripts. As far as i know the only two things that can optimize the servers performance for players is
sys_ticrate 1000 and -pingboost 2. Is there any other? Because that didnt seem to fix my issues, i can clearly do headshots like its client sided lags etc.
My servers specs are: Intel i7-4790K - 4.4 GHz, 32 GB RAM for someone curious

bump sys_tickrate and fps_max to 2000 and monitor how much they at using command stats at server console.
and also server location. you want that closest to where youre at.

Latency exists on every server even if the server is close to you

This is not about latency in 2023.
This is about server configuration, server & client performance.

For example, next set of software dramatically improve "so-called lag issues" in game.

accuracy_fix, reGameDLL 5.21.0.576-dev, 1.9.0-dev+5210, and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gPCN_6aXl54
(hitbox fixer).

All of that crap - dramatically improve "so called" lag feeling in game.
In other words: shooting / action / motion in the game much smoother, predictable, and easier.
And in result people think that "server does not lag".
No, not really. This is pure path / algorithm side.

Try it, you will notice dramatic difference to default setups.

that's not enough, it also implies that the plugins are well written and "optimized"

is that accuracy fix actually good on rehlds and regamedll?
