How to change the hunter jump speed? I couldn't find any plugins. Can you help?

@caphao1101, it looks Breezy & Harry Potter "AI: Hard SI" e.g. in competitive framework Roto-AZ.

You may check this workshop addon, probably has some stuff inside the .vpk that may give you some hints
