found this in the trash and dusted it off. after some tinkering, i got it working fine again.

kind of an outstanding and underrated hero imo. enjoy.

note: uses some lengthy old blink code for it's teleport. not the best implementation but i doubt ill ever get to tackling it. not super important anyway because it works okay how it is.
