It's always nice to remind people where to post certain topics in at the right place, but can't this be done more politely?

New members might not always be familiar with the forums, nor might their english be the best.

Even though he is new, there is no excuse for him not to be able to read a simple section name. The least he could have done is look at other threads in it to see examples what it's used for.
