Rob them silently with use key. They shoot you and get more money for winning anyway. If you are really crazy about this here are some ideas for a more objective based version of the heist.

Trifecta.
So whatever team wins 3 in a row robs the other team of their startup money. Escape zones would need to replace the actual objectives.

Royal Flush.
Entire team knifed the other. Winner get their start-up money for the 'heist'.

In fact, I do not want this plugin for normal mode. It has more of a fun aspect to the server.
