[L4D2] Tank By Threat

Description
The plugin will spawn a certain number of tanks on the map through nav threat which means that the
tank can be anywhere

Tanks will be on each map in the number in which you specify
The plugin is completely useless for versus

ConVar
sm_tank_count - Count of tanks per map

Gamedata required from that plugin

I also added a new version of that plugin which will spawn the tank via flow.
You can adjust the number of tanks...etc.
You will also need additional gamedata for that version

Config Path: addons/sourcemod/data/l4d2_spawn_flow_control.cfg

I really like the idea of this, could you perhaps have this replace or work alongside the default tank spawning method? Not too keen on having a tank every map.

When you start the map, two tanks are spawned from the start.
Is it a bug?

Nice job, it would be great if you added some distance limit to start spawn.
I also believe this plugin would be ideal for a Witch version :)

I have created a new test version that works via flow
Now you can make the tank appear when the survivors have passed some % of the map

I've only tested on windows so hopefully someone can test it on Linux
