I was create one plugin but i delete .sp file now i dont want to make again it can anybody make it for me this plugin to sp?

And .smx files are not meant to be recompiled.

What I can see though, is that it contains lots of "nono" stuff that aren't tolerated here.

From what I have seen, there is absolutely nothing malicious in the decompiled code.
