Answer for CS GO Mod for CS 1.6

Is there a similar mod to the one that raises levels and gives different models of weapons? The point is that Silver 1 is the only skin, and Silver 2 is another skin.

How to install this plugin, as I tried but things did not work - https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=326913

Everything is clear. But up to a point. The whole rar file, I put it in my strike folder. But after I put it where I need to set up the base, I need to have hosting where they can upload, don't I understand or am I wrong?
