Has Build 6153 been rolled out on everybody ?

Ive asked a few friends to type version in console and there all telling me there client build is 6153, I asked them if they opted into the beta and they had no idea what I was talking about ?

Has Valve pushed the lingering 6153 beta build on everybody ?

You can easily test this hypothesis by downloading the server via SteamCMD without the beta option.
