What happens if I edit a plugin and not compile and use it?
 

For example if a noob owner or who have acess mess with server files, edit a plugin and don`t recompile it after editing, and use it in server, what happens? Plugin don`t works? May server crash? May errors ocur using that plugin?

If a plugin is not compiled then it's not going to run.

The source code of a plugin (the .sma file) doesn't ever "run", in fact, it doesn't actually do anything on the server. Only the compiled plugin (the .amxx file) actually runs in the server.

The teacher won't quit his job as a result of disappointment of his student's grammar and spelling.

Anyways, back to topic. Changes made to the .sma file won't have any effect on the plugin before it's compiled again and replaced.
