Server pingboost and settings

Hello, what are the best settings for a 2021 public and war server ?

public 32 players classic mode.

war 5 v 5 players mode.

Something like:

sv_unlag "1"
sv_minrate "5000"
sv_maxrate "100000"
sv_maxupdaterate "102"
sv_minupdaterate "20"
decalfrequency "60"
sys_ticrate "1000"
edgefriction "2"
host_framerate "0"
pingboost "2"

those i have, i have a powerfull i9 CPU that can handle pingboost 3 and ticrate 1000 with no problem having 32/32, but i want the best settings.
