TF2Items or TF2Attributes
 

I have no idea the difference in these 2, but I want to add custom attributes to weapons.
TF2Items is the one I have been working with, but for some reason it only works on the first round of a map, and it doesnt add all the weapons attributes all together.

TF2Attribute can add/modify/remove(?) attributes on existing weapons.
TF2Items can create new weapons and modify weapons as they're being given to players.
