Sorry, there's no easy way to do that without modifying the source code.

Hey! I just upload warmup pro 5.6 beta. Turnoff respawning and hud message. Make the same time for warmup in gungame and warmup pro, also cvars:

warmup multi on 1 (gungame.cfg)
warmup weapon "0" (knife on default)

Working!
