[REQ][CSS] Simple Round End Sound

Hey!

I'm searching for a "Simple Round End Sound" Plugin. It should do only 2 things. Block the "T's / CT's Win" Sound and play a random sound. No multigame, no teamrestrict sounds, no admin sounds. Just with the ability to turn off the plugin by typing "!res" into the chat. nothing else.

After installing goto cstrike/cfg/sourcemod/RoundEndSound.cfg to configure the plugin
