SMAC EyeTest false positive?

So I have been playing on my server,with SMAC installed and I just recieved this on the console:

L 09/18/2016 - 14:16:18: [smac_eyetest.smx | 0.8.5.2] xxxx(ID: xxxx | IP: xxxx) is suspected of tampering with an old movement command (tickcount). CmdNum: 29229 | [29785:29785:33638]

Im pretty shure im not cheating,so what is up?
