L4D Kill Enabler
 

This plugin enable kill command without changing sv_cheats

If l4d_kill_mode is:
0 - Kill command disabled
1 - Kill command enabled for all
2 - Kill command enabled only for infected team
3 (default) - Kill command enabled only for infected team without Tank

Installation:
Copy l4d_kill_enabler.smx to addons/sourcemod/plugins

Delete old l4d_kill_blocker.smx from plugins folder

- Added block exlpode command on the same rules like in kill block
17.01.09 - V 1.1.0
- Changed name to Kill Enabler
- Now its enable kill command after last update
- Removed cvar l4d_kill_block_mode
- Added cvar l4d_kill_mode

Does the explode command work on spectators?

If so, then these mods need to block that too.

Not possibly make a plugin block logical suited ou simultaned key Mouse2 +Q ?

I suggest just putting a cooldown for melee after every weapon switch, should solve it nicely.
