Server crashes with memory error

The message says:

"The INstruction at '0x01403467' referenced at '0x042b44e4'. The memory could not be 'read'. Click on OK to terminate the program"

pls help... i dont think it was doing this before i installed amx mod x

NightDemon 12-06-2004 19:15

well now its happening every hour or so

im not sure if it haves to do with amxmodx but i haver a feeling it does because it is talking about the memory location and you guys probably tried to call a reference variable that is not pointing to anything

twistedeuphoria 12-06-2004 19:39

You are talking about HL1 correct?

NightDemon 12-06-2004 22:57

jtp10181 12-06-2004 23:26

you happen to be running the server in a priority other than normal?

if you are.... dont

NightDemon 12-06-2004 23:29

really wish i knew what you were talking about with the priority or whatever but i dont

i guess that means im not?

f1del1ty.oXi 12-06-2004 23:33

Well if it's in an interaval? Maybe it's a certain map?

jtp10181 12-07-2004 07:58

if the server is on windows, right click the taskbar, select task manager. find hlds on the processes tab, and check what priority its running at. but yeah, since you dont know what I'm talking about its prob running at normal already. Just thought I would add this thing since running it on high causes read mem errors a lot.

NightDemon 12-07-2004 08:06

ok well i clicked on some more things and it says it crashed dealing with tsx.amxx.dll so maybe that will help you guys.

ill check next time i have it running with the priority thing.

f1del1ty.oXi 12-07-2004 09:19

TSx? Dude, that's the mod The Specialists. Why do you even have that for a CZ server? =x
