Noob need help with the server

hello,
I got my CS:Go yesterday.
and I noticed my provider told me that I can write !rr / !restart and it will restart the game but it's not working.
I have in FTP adminmenu_sorting.txt I can add there

"item" "sm_restartgame"

or it's not working like that?

** don't know any coding/stuff **

Hidden chat trigger:
/restartgame

From console:
sm_restartgame
