Someone know how I can send a email or something to steamsupport? some guy have stole an old mine steam account with cstrike,today a friend request me that account and the password,mail and answer have been changed,so I need to contact steam support to retreive my account.

How to retrieve a steam account:

STEP 1:
Register a Steam Support Account here:
https://support.steampowered.com/

STEP 2:
Open a support ticket

STEP 3:
Select the correct contact method/support ticket category. There should be one for "Hijacked Accounts."

STEP 4:
Fill in the necessary credentials. To retrieve a steam account you must have some sort of "Proof of Purchase." This can be a Steam Store Receipt or a CD-KEY that was used on the account with a picture of the CD Case and key on it.

STEP 5:
Submit your ticket and wait anywhere from several hours to several weeks.

You do realize it is probably better to do what fang said. There is a specific process set up for exactly this issue. Why did you ignore that post?
