I need help it update it first time i don't know how to install. What I can do this solve?

I have 4 of those, but more recent:

There doesn't seem to be anything fresh showing in this thread or the files in the attachment. I've had some funny business going on with my server lately, and now I'm wondering if perhaps someone has figured out how to use the plugin in a malicious way.
