Help with compile .sp file and include colors.inc

Hello, I am new with this plugins and I want to know, how can I compile my .sp file and include the colors.inc because when I try to compile on https://www.sourcemod.net/compiler.php gives me a error, that /home/groups/sourcemod/upload_tmp/phpaSpIYs.sp(17) : fatal error 183: cannot read from file: "colors"

So I want to know how can I send the colors.inc to read from this file and compile
