Left 4 Dead 2 10v10 (superversus)

Hi, Nice to meet everyone in this forum.

I tried creating a DS that allowed 10v10 but the infected team couldn't spawn. It was following the survivors throughout the map.

What plugins should I be using to create a superversus server?
