Banned by server, not Soucebans
 

Hey there, I play on a CSGO server that uses SourceMod. Recently I installed an SSD on my computer and reinstalled CSGO. Ever since then I'm unable to connect to the server. I'm able to connect to other community servers and the regular CSGO servers. I repeatedly get a 'banned by server' message in the CSGO console logs and eventually get a 'Connection failed after 30 retries' notification. However, my SteamID doesn't show up on the servers Sourcebans list. How would I go about fixing this? Any help would be appreciated.

SourceBans applies a short local ban to avoid having to re-query the DB, but I'm not sure you're actually banned because that pops up a very obvious message and doesn't just retry.

Can you post the console output you get when trying to join?

Are you the owner of the server or are you just a player? Because if not you should probably be talking to them not us, only they know what they have set up.

I'm a player on the server and not an admin. When I connect all I get is:

Connecting to public(192.223.29.203:27015) ...
Banned by server

Retrying public(192.223.29.203:27015) ...
Banned by server

and this goes on until the 'Connection failed after 30 retries' message. I'll go start a thread on their servers website. Thank you for your time.
