CSGO Playermodels

Iv been playing on so many custom servers, and i got alot of server sided playermodels from those servers, is it allowed to post them here for people to download?

I wonder how can you make the downloadable (fastdl) version (.bz2 files) from the model and materials on the server, I'm not sure if this is an automatic process that the server does as I haven't had/worked with any CS:GO server till date.

I would really appreciate it if anyone does have an idea.
