When I Ban someone, he can still enter the server
 

Hey there

i have an issue, when i try to ban a player from website
,it kick him but he still can join to my servers
in website say its banned

I checked the databases.cfg

"sourcebans"
{
"driver" "default"
"host" "localhost"
"database" "SourceBans"
"user" "I hide it"
"pass" "I hide it"
"port" "3306" // EDIT IF NEEDED
}

my default driver mysql

Also, when I kick someone from the server via the web, the process is done,
meaning the problem is only in the ban
