[CS:GO] Teleport (Reset Team)

Temporary solution to the teleport command in community servers.

At this moment, any player can use the command before he dies and in the next round he will be spawned there.

The plugin slays anyone who uses the command so he'll not be spawned there in the next round.

It does the same thing, blocks the command but also prints to chat who tried it and slays him :PogO:
