This plugin makes smokegrenade an color grenade :D Requested here.

sv_colored_smoke 0-2 (default: 1)

• 0 - Colored smokenades disabled
• 1 - Random type from 6 colors
• 2 - Team type, the smoke will have color of team who threw that smoke

insert 'sv_teamcolorsmoke'
So terrs will have red smoke, and cts blue :)

I see you made green for spec, i like, but why is the terrorist orange? Like the picture you have it looks orange..
