[AKN] Admin knife R3.Final

Description:
Plug-in "Admin Knife" to add to the server administrator special knife, which will give the bunny hop and damage at will. All the functions are configured in a cvar, on the owners is not difficult to install and configure the plugin.

Unapproved, too simple, can be done with existing plugins.
