Bans not given to users

Hello, I'm trying to ban myself. The web panel says that player was found and kicked but the console says uniquesteamid not found, thus im not getting banned.

managed to ban myself, admin is still not given

Admins are also not given to the people on my server.

Fixed, had to edit the config from -1 to 1
