So.... Animations work for everyone else except you? If that is the case I'd recommend reviewing your TF2 client game settings and if necessary, reinstall TF2.

As I stated earlier, remove and install your game client, NOT the server.

My guess is that there is some sort of mod installed in your game that is messing up the animation.
