I want a plugin advanced ban when ban some one will banned by ip+steamid+name in one :p

Pr exmple:

ban "Lf" banned ip + steamid + name :p

@OP Make your server steam only, and ban 'em by Steam ID. If you want to ban someone by their nick try Ultimate Bans.

@wickedd 44.2 fps? Have you tried gl_vsync "0"?
