Allows administrators to see all team chats, and dead chats.

I love this one for when alltalk isn't on! :P

on amx it was a little better because the messages from the other team and dead ppl were colored :(

but i think that was the reason vexd was used on amx, right?

you could problay modify this source to do that.

its in color on purpus it looks better for admin so he can see if its from t or ct :wink:

Tommorow i'll be releasing Ghostchat for amx x, allows both teams to type and read in color to alive and dead people both ways (not teamsay).
